Your Secret Sauce is what comes naturally, but you are the worst at communicating. We will break down the raw elements of your current business performance and communication strategies. We will set clear goals and identify the triggers that are holding you back.

WEEK 2 - INDUSTRY ANALYSIS

Train your palate and Analyze the Market.

No one is born with impeccable taste; it is developed and trained. By analyzing your competitors, we will find the language to best describe your studio in a succinct and compelling way that you will want to use.

WEEK 3 - SALES (INTERNAL)

Train your team as Sales Sommeliers.

Sales is more than just building a pipeline; it starts with conversations both internally and externally. Sales Ability is understanding your special sauce in regards to the market. Sales, like animation, is also a team sport. Do you, your producers, and your creatives all tell the same story about your studio when meeting a new client or attending a conference? We’ll create tasting notes, so you can bring your team to the table and share the finer flavors of your studio’s work—so they'll become Sales Sommeliers and your best ambassadors.

WEEK 4 - Marketing

Understanding your Audience.

Marketing is not about drowning the internet. Just like sales, effective marketing doesn’t mean talking to everyone all the time. We’ll build personas of your ideal clients so you can match the flavors of your secret sauce to best suit their appetites—something safe and smoky or insanely hot. Then you can focus your efforts on the right people, and spice up your marketing while you’re at it.

WEEK 5 - growth

with Heat

Pairing your Secret Sauce with the meat of your Business.

The reason a “magic phrase” alone doesn’t work is that you need to connect your unique selling point to your practical business operations. Look at what’s on the menu with recent opportunities; how could you be spicing up your clients’ work? We’ll set the non-negotiables for your growth strategy and map out where you need to play and how you will win. The sizzle of your growth strategy will draw the crowd that you’ve been looking for.

WEEK 6 - SALES (EXTERNAL)

Bringing It to the Table

Combining your Secret Sauce with your Sales Strategy.

Relational selling is the art of parking your taco truck when the buyers are hungry. Sales calls with a pre-set agendas kill leads. Real conversations open the doors to new possibilities. Learning to ask the right conversations, inviting your clients to share, grabbing the challenges and meeting expectations will keep the orders coming and get your studio cooking on all burners.
